expansive lawn area. The large foyer welcomes
guests into the living area. Food
service is a breeze in the vast kitchen, large enough to provide food for a
crowd with commercial stove, an island with teppanyaki-style grill, double
Sub-Zero fridges and a Sub-Zero freezer.
The spacious adjoining living area with wet bar and fireplace opens
out onto the huge front lawn as well as into the courtyard with private salt
water swimming pool and a spa. Interior
corridors lead to four guest rooms with 1 king, 2 queen sized beds and one
room with two sets of bunk beds. An
additional guest bedroom with q queen bed, private living area and private
bath is just off the kitchen. The two bedroom “pool house” is separated from the main house. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed.
The home sleeps sixteen to twenty
guests total. The layout provides plenty of privacy and space for meetings or
for just relaxing. Local activities include an adjacent path that leads to The property is conveniently located less than a mile from Orange
County/Santa Ana airport and 5 minutes from the 55 and 405 Freeways. The home is available monthly only. |
